EmployeeRates.Com (eR) was created for the Hospitality Employees as a benefit from your employer. eR allows hospitality employees to share their industry discounts with other hospitality employees. eR management is committed to adding new benefits for the use of our industry employees in the future. Following are some of the current program details.
· You must be a Hospitality Employee to use the site.
· Your company must offer discounts to other hospitality segments in order to participate with eR.
· Specially-negotiated hotel rates will be available to book for any hospitality employee such as a Bartender.
· Car rental discounts will be available to any hospitality employee such as an Airline Pilot.
· Airline discounts will be available for a sales manager traveling on business. He or she can book a hotel in a different brand hotel, rent a car for a discount and get a special discount at a nearby restaurant.
· A hotel employee gets to enjoy a different hotel brand with the employee rate, rent a car for a special discount, buy the discounted airline ticket and go on a cruise on the employee rate.
· Your employer will register your name in eR. You will use your first name, last name, 4 digits PIN and the main telephone number to your work place to log in.
· If & when you leave your employer, your registration will be terminated. If you employ with another hospitality organization, your new employer will have to become a member before you are registered with eR again.
· Only YOU are eligible for the benefits offered by eR. When you make reservations, your name will be displayed as it was entered by the employer.
· There will be a nominal service fee from eR when you make reservations. You will only pay the service fee once, when you log in and use several services. If you log out/log in and use another service, you will pay the service fee again.
